Return Policy

At Canaltown Computers, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  • Products must be in new, unused condition with original packaging, accessories, and manuals included.

  • Opened software, downloadable products, and clearance items are not eligible for returns.

  • Custom-built computers and modified hardware may be subject to a restocking fee.

Initiating a Return

  • Contact our customer support team at Canaltowncomputers@gmail.com or call 585-313-3262 to request a return authorization.

  • Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method to ensure it is received safely.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.

  • If the product is defective or damaged, we will provide a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

  • If you are exchanging an item, the replacement will be shipped upon receiving the original product.

Exceptions & Special Cases

  • If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours for immediate assistance.

  • Extended warranties and service plans are non-refundable after activation.
